Xiao LI is a postdoctoral fellow of the Department of Psychology at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Master’ Degree of Medicine on respiratory in 2016, and completed 19-month research and clinical training on Sleep Medicine at Peking University People’s Hospital during April 2014 to October 2015, and completed 10-month clinical training on Respiratory at Binzhou Medical University Hospital during September 2015 to June 2016 under the supervision of Prof. Fang Han. She received PhD degree on Psychiatry and Mental Health at West China Hospital, Sichuan University in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Xiangdong Tang.

Her research interests fall into three general areas: (1) sleep and sleep disorders, with an emphasis on insomnia and OSA, (2) cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction, with an emphasis on heart rate variability, and (3) behavioural and cognitive functioning.
