She is deputy leader of ultrasound group of CSA, member of committee of CAA, member of standing committee and academic secretary of Hunan Society of Anesthesiology.  She has nine grants from National Key Research and Development Program of China and national natural science foundation. She published more than 100 papers and won two provincial science and technology progress awards.
